Fresh salsa recipe Chi Chi?

Does anyone know the recipe for Chi Chi garden fresh salsa. It was the one who introduced about 6 years. before they closed. He had cilantro in it and I think oregano. It is juicy, not heavy and thick, like his other two when they first opened. Anybody know if The plan is to reopen in the short term? Thank you very much!

I have this from a friend who knows a friend …… Chi Chis who worked for many years. The sauce Fresh Garden Salsa calls. 15 Roma (Plum) fresh tomatoes. Dice (always this kind of tomato, due to the texture) 1 bunch cilantro, including stems, finely chopped with a processor food, mini chopper or knife if necessary. 1 large onion, chopped 2 fresh serrano peppers (habaneros will be too hot, too mild jalapeno) 3 cloves garlic, peeled 1 bunch chopped green onions (green and white parts) 2 limes or about 1 / 4 cup lemon juice (microwave the limes for about 30 seconds for more juice and then toss them a cutting board before cutting and squeezing a) 1 tablespoon salt 3 tbsp. cumin 1 tablespoon chili powder 1 tablespoon garlic powder or granulated garlic 1 tsp pepper 1 tsp. After diced tomatoes sugar, put about 1 / 3 of them in a blender with the serrano peppers, garlic, lemon juice and all the spices. Blend until it is a pinkish orange looking thick liquid … it looks pretty serious. Mix again in the remaining ingredients.
