Return Policy
We will accept ANY returned merchandise purchased from us, NO QUESTIONS ASKED as long as the following criteria is met.
- If you are returning the item for a refund, that item must be unused, and in it’s original package.
- It must have been purchased from us.
- We do not charge the customer any restocking fees for returning merchandise.
- If we sent the wrong part to you, we will cover the shipping costs. If the customer ordered the wrong part, the customer is responsible for shipping costs.
Our goal is to provide above excellent customer service to you.
If you buy a product from us and it is defective, you must contact us at info@coloradoheli.com, and describe the manner in which the merchandise is defective, so that we can work with the manufacturer to get a replacement option to you as quickly as possible. We will make every attempt to ensure that you get a prompt and fair resolution to your inquiry.
